REFUND POLICY

Return Process
Customers are required to return their order within 30 days of purchase. For UK orders, we will provide the return address upon request. Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at deen@deendiaries.com. It is essential that the product remains unopened and in its original packaging, as we will not process refunds for items that have been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. However, our team will actively work to minimize disruptions and ensure your order arrives as swiftly as possible. Please note that digital products are non-refundable.

Replacement Process
If you require a replacement, return the original item first. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union Orders

We currently only sell within the UK. Stay tuned for updates as we expand to other regions!

Refund Procedures
Refunds are strictly available for returns initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Once approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at deen@deendiaries.com.

Address Accuracy
Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are non-refundable. Verify your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must return it within 30 days for a refund, in accordance with our return policy.
